Campus Climate Workshops
A series of Campus Climate Praxis Workshops were conducted in March - May 2019 with sessions on main campus, in Phoenix and at the UA South campus in Sierra Vista. The workshops served as a follow-up to the Occupational Health Index survey sent to UA employees in the fall, and were organized by Andrea Romero and Sara Knepper, Co-Owners for the Reinforcing Our Cultural Aspirations initiative. The initiative is part of Pillar 5, which is focused on institutional excellence.
Campus Climate Praxis Workshops
Andrea Romero and Sara Knepper, co-chairs of the Reinforcing Our Cultural Aspirations initiative, invite faculty and staff to participate in praxis workshops for reflection and action planning to build on strengths and improve campus climate. All faculty and staff are encouraged to attend any sessions that fit within their schedule.
