In the past year, the Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) Fellows strengthened their understanding of HSIs, came to understand ways in which their work advances HSI Initiatives at the university, and had the opportunity to co-lead a project where they could exercise inquiry and skills to accelerate more inclusive and equitable conditions for students from diverse backgrounds. The HSI Fellows are now ready to provide updates on their projects, give you a glimpse into their journey this past year, and reflect on the impact of this experience and the contributions they will continue to make as HSI Fellows.
